Cudahy to serve more of its bacon

Company breaks ground on $13.5 million expansion of precooked bacon plant Fully cooked, microwaveable bacon "is one of the fastest-growing products in our industry," Cudahy president and chief operating officer Bill Otis said in this Feedstuffs magazine article, and the "much-needed expansion ... will allow us to increase production of our line to keep up with growing customer demand."
