In a USA Today article, Charisse Jones writes about how Smithfield Foods, the world’s largest pork producer, has pledged to cut its greenhouse gas emissions by 25% by 2025. If successful, this greenhouse gas emission reduction will be the equivalent of removing 900,000 cars from the roadway. Read the story.
